    A graduate of Denver East High School where she is now the assistant varsity coach. Led the state in ERA, strikeouts, and opposing batting average in high school, earning all-state honors her last three years. Went to the University of South Carolina on a full-ride schoarship and was a starter for two years before suffering a career ending injury. Holds a USC record for single game strikeouts with 15 and ended her final season with a 1.35 ERA and a .235 opposing batting average. Graduated in May 2008 with a degree in Sport and Entertainment Management.

    Former Major League left-handed Pitcher. Was both a Starter and relief pitcher during career. Played professionally for 15 years. Pitched in the Major-Leagues with the Anaheim Angels, Seattle Mariners, Oakland Athletics, and Philadelphia Phillies. Played for the Yokahama Baystars in the Japanese Major Leagues in 2001. Retired in 2002. Drafted in the 4th round in 1987 draft.Played for Seminole Junior College in Oklahoma earning 1st Team All-American honors. Pitched on the Greek National Team in the 2004 Olympics. Denver native and Mullen H.S. graduate, 1985. Signed with the Colorado Rockies in 1993.     Professional Instructor since 1998. Four year starting pitcher at Division 1 UNC 1982-1986. Pitched professionally for the Kansas City Royals.  Green Mountain High School varsity pitching coach 2003 to 2006. Bear Creek High School varsity Pitching Coach, 2006 -current. Current Associate Scout for the Kansas City Royals. Has coached Slammers Junior Olympic team, Slammers Select Fall Travel Team, and Slammers State Tournament Connie Mack team. Specializes in pitching and hitting instruction. Has worked with players from all ages and ability levels, from youth players up to professional players. Sold to the Yakult Swallows of the Japanese Central league in 2003. Signed by the Washington Nationals for the 2005 season. 3 time minor league all-star with career .285 avg. and 94 home runs. Played 8 years total professionally at 4 positions(1b,3b,lf,rf). A full time instructor at Slammers the past 2 years. Specializes in hitting, fielding and throwing at all levels and works with youth pitchers. Degree in kinesiology from the University of Texas at Arlington.     Zane Bendig, CFT, SPN, EFT, a Certified Fitness Trainer, Performance Nutrition Specialist and Endurance Fitness Trainer through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA). Zane is also a USAC Certified Coach. He is the owner of Power Nutrition & Fitness, where he specializes in sport-specific strength training programs and physiological testing for recreational and competitive athletes (both amateur and professional).     Currently Minor League Hitting Coach in Colorado Rockies organization. The former infielder signed as an undrafted free agent after his senior year at Cal Poly Pomona and went on to play 10 seasons professionally with the Houston Astros, Detroit Tigers, San Diego Padres and Colorado Rockies. Reaching the Major Leagues for parts of 2 seasons with the Houston Astros. Has been giving professional instruction for the past 15 years. Dave is now available for hitting lessons and also check out his weekly infielding clinics on Monday nights.

    Currently a Pitcher in the Minnesota Twins organization. Colorado Native and graduate of Arvada West. Danny was All-State in 2001 and 2002. Danny attended Seward County Community College and was 2003 Jayhawk Freshmen of the Year, 2004 Jayhawk MVP, All-Conference 2003-04, All Region 2003-04 and All-American 2004.     A Colorado native, graduated from Rampart High School and went on to play at the University of Nebraska. Was a 4 year starter for the Huskers and was a 3-time All Big 12 selection. Made a World Series appearance in 2002 and was drafted by the National Pro Fastpitch League in 2004. Played 2 years with the Akron Racers winning the NPF championship in 2005 and named to the NPF All-Star team in 2004 and 2005. Is currently a member of the 2006 regular season NPF Champions, the Chicago Bandits.     A graduate of Golden High School, moved onto Adams State College as a pitcher before transferring to Metro State College of Denver, developing the softball program there and helping to bring it to its current position of joining the RMAC in the Spring of 2008. A left-handed pitcher for 14 years, playing on both the local and national levels, with 8 years of coaching experience and currently the head coach of at Fort Lupton High School.     Nicole Urban is a Denver native who graduated in 2000 from Bear Creek high school where she is currently an assistant coach. She was voted All-Colorado 3 times and awarded the JeffCo Female Athlete of the Year award her senior year. She went on to pitch for the University of Georgia and graduated in 2005. While at Georgia she was also voted to the All SEC tournament team.

    "I believe each pitcher has their own individual style. My goal, as a pitching coach, is to capitalize on an athletes' strengths and develop their weaknesses."
