Slammers Holiday Boot Camp- Inverness Facility

Slammers Boot Camp
Slammers will be holding a Holiday boot Camp at the Slammers Inverness location.

This camp will feature:
Pitching
Hitting
Fielding
Catching
Strength and agility

Age Groups
12 & Under and 13 & Up

Week 1  -  December 20-24th

Week 2  -  December 27-31st


Session 1: 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. ( we will have both age groups attending each session )
Session 2: 12 to 3 p.m. ( we will have both age groups attending each session )

The Slammers Holiday Boot camp is designed to get players ages 12 & Under and 13 & older get in shape during the winter This camp will break players into age groups and will stress the basic fundamentals of hitting, pitching and fielding. Each skill program is designed to prepare players for the 2011 season.

Equipment:
Each camper must bring his own baseball equipment. Players should wear shorts, sweats or baseball pants. Tennis shoes or turf shoes are to be worn. No cleats. No bags are permitted in the building.

Players should also have:
-Glove or Bat
-Helmet
-Hat
-Water Bottle
